Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us! While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide exchanges under the following conditions:
Conditions for Exchanges:
- Eligibility: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Timeframe: Requests for exchanges must be made within 15days of receiving your order.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange. We’ll cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you.
How to Request an Exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us with your order number and reason for the exchange.
- Return Shipping: Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back.
- Processing Time: Exchanges are typically processed when we recieve them... unless we are traveling or installing a new artwork. But we will let you know the time frame.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Personalized or custom items
- Sale or clearance items
